Good afternoon, Stingray Parents!

We will do time trials during practice on Thursday evening.  This will give our coaches baseline times for all swimmers.  We use this data to make our meet entries.   It would be  wonderful if everyone could attend practice on Thursday evening.

Also, the coaches have asked that all swimmers come to practice with snug fitting goggles.  Please adjust your child’s goggles to fit tightly, so they do not slip off when entering the water.  We recommend the speedo hydrospex goggles- they come in various sizes based on age.  They have a solid piece across the nose, which allows for a tighter fit.   I will have a pair at practice if anyone is interested.
